Goddess Persephone, self-empowerment (incense chocolates)

A goddess, a queen.

There are many stories about the goddess, but one shows the true energy and power that shaped her. Persephone was originally named Kore and was known as the youthful goddess of spring, her journey took her to the underworld where the transformation began.

Just as a grain of corn must die and be buried in order to bear new fruit, the path of the goddess leads through the deep inner shadows until she awakens again from the underworld as a great queen. Strength, power and courage are necessary to take the step of letting something die in certain phases of life in order to trigger growth.
