Goddess Gaia, grounding (incense pralines)

Allmother, Gaea, Earth Mother, Mother Nature and Gaia are some of her names. There are many creation stories in Greece, but one thing is clear: Gaia is a primordial deity, one of the first goddesses who made life possible. Her depictions today often stand for life, nature, the great mother, the planet Earth itself. Like no other, she represents the complete cycle of life: the beginning and the end. Everything is born from Gaia, gives us energy throughout our lives and at the end, at death, we travel back to her womb. Our planet and thus the goddess are around 4.6 billion years old. She is the origin of everything we know and it is precisely this root and energy that is sometimes needed to support us. If you need to recharge your batteries, balance it within yourself or put down deep roots so that you can feel the ground beneath your feet again, then it is time for a connection to the earth.
